About Jeffrey

Jeffrey entered the real estate business in Naples, Florida in 1990 specializing in luxury leasing/property management along with residential sales.  With his many years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of the complexities of the real estate business and prides himself on the dedication and attention to detail required to bring a sales transaction to a successful completion.  Relationships and his level of professionalism have been key in maintaining his extensive real estate career.

His 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry has proven to benefit his clients and their needs, especially with his skills of listening, organization, negotiating and abilities to navigate the (sometimes complicated) closing process to full fruition for both his buyer and seller clients.  Jeffrey is honored to be part of Windermere Real Estate Co. and its family of companies, as he has found the partnership to be a perfect mutual fit.  He holds such admiration for Windermere and its focus on giving back to the community, as he donates a portion of every real estate commission earned to the Windermere Foundation, which supports local non-profits.  Windermere's continued philosophy of "We're All in This Together" is of considerable importance to him, as that has been his lifelong affirmation both personally and professionally.

Jeffrey currently lives in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle and is thrilled to call himself part of the local community.  In his leisure, he enjoys traveling, skiing, volunteering and enjoying the fantastic cuisine that Seattle is world famous for.
